It’s absolutely unacceptable for the room to be so cold despite modern heating!!! private bathrooms need better clarification in the room description. it’s misleading to not specify their distance!!!

Had a lovely breakfast where I could help myself to the muesli and fresh berries. Olga was there to offer toast and coffee, making me feel a part of their home.

i had a lovely stay this past weekend, staying here exceeded my expectations compared to my last trip to edinburgh. the charming atmosphere and warm hospitality made it a perfect romantic getaway. the breakfast was delightful, featuring beautifully arranged dishes and fresh fruits.

I loved the cozy, charming vibe of the old house, and the en-suite room with a lovely garden view was perfect. James provided an epic tour of the old town, filled with great stories that made our stay lovely!

Stayed for 3 nights at the georgian house. the continental breakfast was delightful, featuring a good croissant and refreshing orange juice. the bed was very comfortable. the covered parking was a nice bonus, and the owners were so welcoming, which really added to the experience.

The house's architecture is captivating, and the breakfast prepared by Olga was a delightful start to my day, filled with fresh fruits and charming conversations.

Unfortunately, I encountered chilly nights and a rather brusque welcome from the owner, which overshadowed an otherwise pleasant experience.

The lovely hot shower and the comfortable bed made our stay amazing! Plus, the charming atmosphere really added to the experience.

I absolutely loved the cozy, old-world vibe of my en-suite room with a garden view! The breakfast was a delightful spread of muesli, yogurt, and fresh berries, paired with the best croissants. Not to mention, the warm chats with the hosts made me feel right at home!

stayed for 3 nights n had a really chill time. breakfast was sooo good, loved the muesli, yogurt, and fresh berries. hosts were super friendly n gave great tips for sight seeing. room was comfy with a nice garden view, definitely felt relaxed. the area is calm n nice for walking around.

the only thing was the bathroom door was stickin a bit. sometimes the hot water pressure was low in the shower but it was ok.

I stayed here with my sister for one night and loved Jim's delicious breakfast and his funny stories about Scotland. We enjoyed the cozy room and the hot shower, which were perfect after our fun night out. Just a heads up, the bathroom is separate, but it was right next door and really spacious, so it wasn't a big deal! 😄
