Victorian architecture, unique bathroom design, close proximity to park
It’s absolutely unacceptable for the room to be so cold despite modern heating!!! private bathrooms need better clarification in the room description. it’s misleading to not specify their distance!!!

Perfect for the quiet seeker
Had a lovely breakfast where I could help myself to the muesli and fresh berries. Olga was there to offer toast and coffee, making me feel a part of their home.
It's not exactly cheap, but you get what you pay for.

Charming stay with a twist
The house's architecture is captivating, and the breakfast prepared by Olga was a delightful start to my day, filled with fresh fruits and charming conversations.
Unfortunately, I encountered chilly nights and a rather brusque welcome from the owner, which overshadowed an otherwise pleasant experience.

Staying here was a delightful experience! Olga's breakfast was not only beautifully arranged but also delicious. Jim's charm and humor added to our enjoyment. Just a minor point, the bathroom door was a bit sticky and there was no thick curtain for total darkness while sleeping. a lovely choice for a quiet getaway.

I stayed here with my sister for one night and loved Jim's delicious breakfast and his funny stories about Scotland. We enjoyed the cozy room and the hot shower, which were perfect after our fun night out. Just a heads up, the bathroom is separate, but it was right next door and really spacious, so it wasn't a big deal! 😄
